Thanks for shopping with Richy's Cards! We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read our policy below.
All Sales Are Final
Unless there’s an issue with your order, all sales are final. We encourage you to carefully review the product details, images, and condition before making a purchase.
What We Can Help With
We’ll gladly assist if:
- Damaged Items: If your card or product arrives damaged.
- Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong card(s).
- Lost Items: If your item is lost in transit (no delivery confirmation).
- Authenticity: If the item you received is of questionable authenticity (please provide proof)
What We Can't Accept
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
- Condition concerns if the item matches the description.
- Opened, sealed, or graded products.
- Orders made in error on the buyer's part.
How to Request a Return or Refund
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days by emailing us at richyscards@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item
If everything checks out, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will process a refund or send a replacement (if available) after the return is received.
Cancellations
Orders are considered final once placed. However, if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it’s processed.
